The holidays are right around the corner, and if the thought of hosting already has you spiraling, you’re not alone. Even on a normal day, between work, cooking, and caring for your family, there never seem to be enough hours in the day, and coming home to a cluttered house can be enough to send you over the edge.

That’s where Simplify615 comes in. The Brentwood-based company organizes and manages your home and, as the name suggests, simplifies your life. At the end of the day, you can walk through the door into a clean, orderly oasis, kick your feet up, and relax.

Six years ago, after two decades at a local nonprofit hospice, founder Lauren Thurman did a total 180 and turned to home organizing. Her neighbor and friend Courtney Fraser-Mason jumped in alongside her. Today, their team has grown to eight hardworking women dedicated to making sure you come home to serenity.

“I feel like we are all so busy,” Courtney said. “We're all moms ourselves, and so we get it. You just can't do everything. When we can come in with a team, we can tighten it up, and we help lay out a system to make it easier to maintain after we've gone. Once we get it all set up, it's easier for them to maintain. And we can easily come back in and refresh a space for our clients as well.”

What started as a home organizing business has transformed into much more. Whether you’re a busy working mom, a family juggling packed schedules, or someone who just can’t find the time, Simplify615 takes tasks off your plate. The company offers home organizing, house managing, and moving concierge services. Each service is tailored to the unique client, and as those relationships grow, the team adjusts its services to fit changing needs.

Many of these services tackle the chores people dread most. The moving concierge service handles packing and unpacking, then organizes your new home. The holiday concierge helps with decorating, wrapping presents, and packing everything away neatly so next season starts stress-free. House managing covers everything from returns and small errands to minutiae like opening and breaking down delivery boxes.

The team approaches every job with intention, and clients take notice. For the women of Simplify615, that feedback is what keeps them going.

“I think one of the most rewarding things is receiving positive feedback from our clients,” Lauren explained. “Our clients are honestly just gracious, and they're so kind and thankful for us, and we feel like it's just so rewarding when they respond with glowing reviews.”

Along the way, each team member has built a personal connection with the clients they serve, and the gratitude extends both ways.

"To walk into my personal space and it be sorted is the biggest gift,” one client named Lauren said. “My brain never gets to it, and [Simplify615 team] are the biggest blessing ever. I am so very grateful.”

"Working with Simplify615 has been absolutely transformative for our family,” another client named Stephanie said. “They approached every session with so much kindness and empathy, and they always made sure we moved at a pace that felt comfortable for me. As a working mama with small children at home, we needed systems that were realistic and sustainable - not just pretty for a day - and that's exactly what they created. Our home finally feels functional, peaceful, and manageable. I can't recommend Lauren and her team highly enough."

Those kind words don’t go unnoticed, and for the team, they mean just as much as the work itself.

“I'm thankful for the women who hire us,” Courtney expressed. “We work primarily for women, and the gratitude that they express to us is really what keeps us going. It feels good to help someone, and we leave with full hearts; we're just so happy to be helpful.”

Hosting Thanksgiving this year and already feeling overwhelmed? Lauren and Courtney suggest starting your grocery list early and taking stock of what’s already in your fridge and pantry, so you don’t buy duplicates or end up with expired ingredients. They also recommend a trick they use in their own work: categorize and label everything.

For Christmas, Lauren recommends simplifying things.

“Just simplify things for yourself so you can really enjoy the season,” she said. “I would say over time, I've simplified my holiday decor and social expectations, so that  I can focus on what it's really all about and not get overwhelmed with holiday chaos.”

Whether you're preparing for a house full of holiday guests or simply craving a calmer home, Simplify615 is ready to lighten the load so you can focus on what matters most this season. For more information, visit their website or check out their social media.
