Bulldog Smash
Ingredients:
- 
	1 oz Crown Royal 
- 
	1 oz Cointreau 
- 
	1 oz peach purée 
- 
	¼ oz fresh lemon juice 
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 
	6 oz cream cheese, softened 
- 
	2 tbsp mayonnaise 
- 
	2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 
- 
	2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 
	2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese 
- 
	2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing 
- 
	1 cup fresh spinach, lightly packed 
- 
	¾ cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 
- 
	⅛ tsp kosher salt 
- 
	⅛ tsp coarse black pepper 
Directions:
- 
	Drain the artichoke hearts and set aside. 
- 
	In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the artichokes. Beat on low speed until blended. 
- 
	Add the artichoke hearts and mix until combined. 
- 
	Transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until bubbling. 
Serve warm with pita bread, vegetables, or tortilla chips.
