The William canceled "Fashion in the Hills" in order to help the local women's shelter. The William is going right to the source of need right now by bringing meal dignity to the women and children of Kendall County Women's Shelter. Ramey's local restaurant the Cypress Grille is providing the meals. Scarlett Ramey, MS, RDN, CD, owner and CEO of The William said, "As a Registered Dietitian, I definitely feel called to prioritize the dignity of women and children during this time. They deserve the same love that we get cooked in our own food from Cypress Grille, and now it's time we share the love! Our town is in need right now, and we have reallocated our time, energy and resources to helping the women's shelter. We decided to benefit Kendall County Women's Shelter with not only a sanitary needs drive, but also an opportunity for people to give back by purchasing meals for the shelter from our loved Paul Thompson, owner of Cypress Grille. Let's all take the example of connecting our economy, and those in need."
