Signature dishes like the 30-layer Lasagna, Duck & Foie Gras Cigars, and Ibérico Pork Schnitzel showcase the kitchen’s elevated approach toward gratifying cuisine. “The Mediterranean region is rich in culinary heritage and there are very specific flavor profiles found across cuisine in that part of the world that blend seamlessly together,” says Rodriguez. “Our goal was to create an adventurous yet approachable dining experience that took guests on a journey filled with familiar favorites and new dishes that encourage culinary curiosity.”
