In the heart of Southlake’s Carillon Parc neighborhood, an extraordinary vision has taken shape. Five premier builders have come together in a unified effort to raise $1 million in support of the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. Their collaboration is both ambitious and inspiring, and it stands as a testament to craftsmanship, compassion, and community.
This initiative began in fall 2023 when Atwood Custom Homes, Beckett Graham, Heritage Homes, Kensington Custom Homes, and WillowTree Custom Homes united to create a neighborhood where every detail draws from an even greater purpose. After months of planning and design, the homes officially broke ground in April 2025, marking the start of a construction effort defined by heart, vision, and commitment. Each builder pledged $200,000 to the project, a donation that helps ensure families facing childhood cancer never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
Now, as the homes near completion, five luxury residences stand as the bold realization of the first-ever St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Community. Though each home reflects the unique artistry of its builder, they all share an unmistakable level of refinement. One residence elevates modern living with an architectural floating staircase and a glass-enclosed wine room, while another channels a
French villa aesthetic with a two-story elevator and a spa framed by cascading water. A third home evokes the romance of the French Riviera with a dramatic curved staircase, dual owner’s suites, and multiple balconies. Another showcases a steel-and-glass floating staircase and a striking two-story study designed as an architectural centerpiece. And in a thoughtful nod to longevity and sustainability, one residence is built using advanced steel framing and includes a private spa and expansive sliding doors that create seamless indoor–outdoor living.
Together, these homes form the centerpiece of a landmark initiative that has constructed hope across Southlake.
Open house tours will be available on March 7-8, 12-15, and 19-22 from 10 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Visitors will step into spaces that reflect both elevated craftsmanship and a deeper narrative. Behind every custom feature lies the story of St. Jude and its decades-long mission of hope, discovery, and lifesaving progress. Since 1962, St. Jude has helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate in the U.S. from 20% to more than 80% today and given doctors and researchers the tools and technology they need to make the next groundbreaking discovery. For Southlake, the project has become a source of pride and a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community chooses to make a meaningful difference.
