Pear & Elderflower Prosecco Punch

A sophisticated fall punch with juicy pear, delicate elderflower, sparkling Prosecco, and fresh thyme.

Ingredients

    •    2 bottles Prosecco (750 mL / 25.4 fl oz each)

    •    1 bottle pear juice or pear nectar (about 32 fl oz)

    •    1 cup St-Germain elderflower liqueur

    •    1 liter ginger ale

    •    6 Bosc pears

    •    1 bundle fresh thyme

Directions

In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, combine the pear juice and St-Germain. Just before serving, slowly add the chilled Prosecco and ginger ale.

Cut the 6 Bosc pears in half and arrange them throughout and around the punch presentation. Add generous sprigs from 1 bundle of fresh thyme, tucking the thyme around the pears and allowing several sprigs to float in the punch.
