This Spicy Pineapple Margarita blends together the perfect sweet, spicy, and citrusy notes for a refreshing cocktail with a little heat. Fresh pineapple juice adds natural sweetness while jalapeños bring just enough spice to keep things interesting without overpowering the drink.
INGREDIENTS (makes 1 cocktail):
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 0.25-0.5 oz agave syrup to taste
- 2-3 slices fresh jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat)
- Ice
- Tajín or salt for rim (optional, but delicious)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- If desired, rim your glass with lime juice and dip into Tajín or salt. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
