Step Up Your Smoothie Game

Kiersten Cavanaugh has owned Step Up Nutrition in Eagan since January of 2020. She aims to provide her customers with healthy, fast nutrition whether they are headed to the office, classroom, or sporting event. Kiersten is an avid supporter of the Eagan High School athletic teams, and some of the athletes are her best customers. 

When you walk into Step Up Nutrition, you immediately feel welcomed in a positive and uplifting environment, and you are always greeted with a smile. Step Up offers a variety of meal-replacement shakes as well as clean energy teas available for purchase. They are available in a wide variety of delicious flavors. Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 scoops Caramel Healthy Meal 

1/2 cup blueberries, blackberries and strawberries (frozen or fresh)

1 cup ice

1 cup cold water

Directions:

Add the ingredients into the cup of a blender. Start with the water and powders on the bottom, followed by the frozen fruit and ice on top. Cover and blend until smooth.

Orange Capri Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp pomegranate green tea concentrate

1/4 cup hot water

1 cup of cold water

Orange Energy Booster

1 scoop Orange Aide hydration

3 to 5 ice cubes

Directions:

Dissolve the tea concentrate and Orange Energy Booster in a heat resistant cup with 1/4 cup of hot water. Add the cold water and Orange Aide to the container and stir. Serve in a glass over ice. Add extra water if needed. 

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

2 scoops Strawberry Cheesecake Healthy Meal

1/2 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)

1 cup ice

1 cup cold water

Directions:

Add the ingredients into the cup of a blender. Start with the water and powders on the bottom, followed by the frozen fruit and the ice on top. Cover and blend until smooth.
