Ingredients:
For The Caprese
8 oz mozzarella ball
2 peaches, sliced
2 nectarines, sliced
2/3 cup of cherries, pitted and sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
For the Vinaigrette
1 cup of basil leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Make the vinaigrette: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
