Strawberry Chocolate Heart Pops

A Sweet and Simple Treat for Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries (large)
  • Melting chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut (optional)
  • Lollipop sticks or skewers

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the tops and slice each strawberry in half. Arrange the halves into a heart shape with the flat sides touching.
  2. Insert Sticks: Gently insert a lollipop stick or skewer through the center to secure the heart shape.
  3. Melt Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  4. Dip & Decorate: Dip each strawberry heart pop into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Set: Place the pops on parchment paper and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Serve: Share these adorable treats with your Valentine!
