What happens when you bring two strong elements together? An Alloy is created—and it’s stronger and better together. At Alloy Personal Training, this is the root concept behind the drive to help clients on their fitness journeys: stronger together.
Owners Kevin and Elizabeth Fischio were the first to bring Alloy Personal Training to Greater Cincinnati when they opened their Montgomery gym last summer. As a husband-and-wife team, they each bring strengths to the business and they, too, are stronger together.
Kevin is the numbers guy and Elizabeth brings years of fitness experience, having once owned her own yoga, Pilates and barre studio. Both are passionate about bringing this training experience to the community. They are invested in building relationships and know each of their clients by name.
“’Stronger together’ is our motto,” says Kevin. “We really believe in this system and are excited to bring Alloy to our town. One-on-one personal training can be very expensive and even intimidating,” he explains. “Our small group approach allows for a lot of attention and accountability.”
“With Alloy’s small groups, you’re not in it alone,” Elizabeth adds. “You are a part of a community.”
With small group personal training sessions of no more than six at a time, Alloy’s trainers are accessible and affordable, offering customized workouts and modifications to match fitness levels. Alloy’s proven program has been cultivated over 30 years, developed by physical therapists, personal trainers and exercise scientists.
“All fitness levels are welcome!” says Kevin. “You don’t have to come in here knowing what to do—we’ve got people here to show you how to do it, correctly and without injuring yourself. Focused attention is a big key to the success of our clients.”
Elizabeth knows the struggles that can come with getting started from her own fitness journey.
“Every day is a new day," she shares. "Even if you make just one small, positive change, it will build up to make a big difference.”
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Alloy’s door is open to help you meet your fitness goals.
“I get it!” says Elizabeth. “Just walking through the door is a big step. People come in with a variety of goals,” she explains. “Some might come in to get fit for a wedding or special event, while others just want to be able to hike with their grandson or climb the stairs without getting winded.”
Join forces with Alloy Personal Training to get “Stronger Together.” New clients begin with an appointment for a Starting Point Session, led by the Head Trainer to discuss special needs, set goals, sample equipment and get a personalized plan. Choose from a two- or three-times per week membership with customized workouts in small groups with experienced Personal Trainers. Monthly accountability sessions keep clients on track for successful results.
“You can do this! Don’t feel intimidated to come in and get started,” Elizabeth says.
