When Chelsea Lunceford moved to Vinings from Indiana, she brought more than a suitcase—she brought a lifelong love of fashion and a fresh creative spark. Though she didn’t know anyone working in fashion growing up, that didn’t stop her from dreaming. “There are so many pictures of me playing dress-up,” she laughs. “I’d watch movies and shows, then try to recreate the looks with what I had.” Her mom sewed her outfits, and trips to the fabric store became magical design sessions.
Chelsea attended Purdue University and, the summer before her senior year, opened a boutique and began hosting pop-up shops around Indiana—her first foray into retail and styling. After moving to Atlanta, she joined the team at Spanx, wearing many styling hats during her years on the Merchandising team. “That job was a turning point,” she says. “Styling didn’t even feel like work. I loved every part of it.”
In 2022, she created her first stylist portfolio and began assisting musicians through mutual connections. It quickly became clear this was more than a passion—it was her calling. She’s since styled singer-songwriters Brandon Lake and Max McNown, even co-designing a custom shirt. “I love translating the emotion of a song into texture and color,” she says.
These days, Chelsea wears many stylish hats—working as a personal stylist for photo shoots, events, travel capsules, seasonal refreshes, and more. She’ll even shop for you, deliver the looks to your door, help you try everything on—and handle the returns. “I get to turn stress into excitement for people,” she says. “That’s the best part.”
She finds balance between trend and timeless by mixing in vintage pieces—often sourced from estate sales or antique markets. “Those always get the most compliments,” she smiles. “They bring so much character to a look and often end up being the client’s favorite pieces.”
For that tricky summer-to-fall transition, Chelsea suggests choosing lightweight fabrics in richer, moodier colors—think brown or black linen, olive green poplin, or subtle leather accents like paneled denim. “It’s still 80 degrees, but we’re all craving that fall feel,” she says. “It’s about balancing comfort with seasonality.”
Her signature philosophy? It all comes down to confidence. “Don’t chase every trend,” she advises. “Focus on what makes you feel amazing. That’s when style becomes something powerful.”
And if you’re still not sure where to start? Chelsea’s got you. With a full-length mirror, a glass of bubbly, and a few handpicked pieces, she’ll help you rediscover the joy of getting dressed—and remind you that great style isn’t about labels. It’s about feeling like your best self, inside and out.

“Your closet should reflect who you are—not just what’s trendy. When you feel amazing in your clothes, that’s when true personal style shines.”
