Peace, love, and smoothies. The Sunflower Smoothie Cafe located at 208 College Highway, Suite C in Southwick MA has nothing but good food and good vibes. When walking in I was greeted with kindness and smiles. It was hard to decide what to try because everything on their menu sounded so good.
I tried, "The Nutmeg" smoothie, Peanut Butter, Banana, Milk, a dash of Cinnamon, Vanilla & Nutmeg. This smoothie consistency was so light and delicious, I loved it.
Avocado toast is my absolute favorite breakfast food and I was so excited to try their version and see how it is. I ate "The 'Cado" toast, with Smashed Avocado and Himalayan Pink Salt and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. It was so yummy I wanted more! I think the added salt definitely made it and I would 100% get it again.
Next, I tried the "Beyoncai Bowl," Acaí, Sandman's Wild Blueberries, Peanut Butter, Banana, Milk. I am not a big smoothie bowl person however this one was wicked good. All of the flavors blended well together and it was the best smoothie bowl I have had in a while.
