Girl's Trip!

Enjoy 30A At A Newman-Dailey Resort Property

If coronavirus has got you down, why not fill your bucket with laughter, adventures and relaxation on a girl's getaway trip? Anxiety, stress and uncertainty are in abundance these days and it definitely will do some good to gather a few girlfriend's and escape to 30A. The area is known for it's clear, emerald-hued waters and soft, white sand. From art and fishing to shopping and food trucks, there are so many reasons to explore Florida's Gulf Coast.

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is the leading association management company for the Destin, South Walton and 30A area and a great place to find your rental property. Sanctuary at Redfish is just one of many luxury properties Newman-Dailey has available for you to choose from when deciding where to stay.

Located in Blue Mountain Beach, Sanctuary at Redfish is a 64-unit resort nestled within the natural vegetation along one of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes. Four pools, two jacuzzis, large fire pit, outside grills and private pool cabanas are just a few of the amenities on this 14-acre property. A pontoon boat takes guests on a scenic five minute ride through Big Redfish Lake to the beach.

"We know this property is very special and important to the coastal ecology of the region," said Captain Bob Sellers, who runs the pontoon boat. "A big part of our effort is education. We educate guests on the fragile dune system and explain why walking on the dunes is not permitted. We also share information about the lake and the many species that make it their home," said Captain Bob.

It's also important to note all the measures taken by Newman-Dailey toward cleanliness and safety. Their team has developed new practices that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in line with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation recommended safety measures. They've instituted a 65-point cleaning and inspection check that includes the following:

CDC recommended cleaning agents, which are known to kill all known pathogens, including Coronavirus.

Sanitization of ALL bedding & linens

Extended time between guest check-Ins for sanitization & cleaning

Re-wash dinnerware
