Austin's businesses are heavily invested in our community. One of those businesses is the personal injury law firm FVF Law, which is not only dedicated to education, transparency and putting clients first but also partners with dozens of nonprofits around town. One of these nonprofits is the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, also known as HAAM.
What drew FVF Law to HAAM and its mission?
One of our strongest partnerships is with HAAM. If Austin wants to stay the live music capital of the world, we must take care of our musicians. The team at HAAM works tirelessly to do just that, leveraging every dollar donated into seven dollars of health care benefits for its members.
Tell us about HAAM Day.
HAAM Day is HAAM’s biggest fundraiser of the year and has even become an official holiday for FVF. We soft-close the office so our team can volunteer and enjoy the 250+ free live music performances all over town. We’ve donated over 150 hours of our time to the event and have been proud sponsors since 2018. We cannot wait for HAAM Day 2024 on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
