Honey Bee Bellini

A light, refreshing twist on a classic Bellini with a hint of citrus and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Libélula tequila
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
  • 1 oz peach nectar
  • Sparkling wine (to top)
  • Lemon twist or peach slice (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. In a shaker, combine Libélula tequila, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and peach nectar.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Top gently with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or peach slice, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
