Honey Bee Bellini
A light, refreshing twist on a classic Bellini with a hint of citrus and natural sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Libélula tequila
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
- 1 oz peach nectar
- Sparkling wine (to top)
- Lemon twist or peach slice (optional garnish)
Directions
- In a shaker, combine Libélula tequila, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and peach nectar.
- Add ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top gently with sparkling wine.
