Costa Fina Latin Coastal Kitchen's Tamarind Jalapeño Margarita
4 Jalapeno slices
Tajin
1.5 oz Espolòn Blanco Tequila
1 oz agave nectar
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz Cointreau
.75 oz Tamarind purée
Muddle 3 Jalapeño slices and 1 ounce of lime juice in a shaker. Add a scoop of ice and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously. Rim a rocks glass with Tajin, add fresh ice and double strain. Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of jalapeño.
