Lifelong friends Violet Slowinski and Reid Taylor, both first graders at Crim Primary School and Martinsville residents, first met as babies in strollers tagging along at their older sisters’ dance competitions. Over the past seven years, their friendship has flourished and they have spent many days together swimming in the Taylor family pool and vacationing down the Shore.
The friends share their gratitude for their friendship and family:
Reid: “I am thankful for Violet because she is my friend and we play Roblox together. I am thankful for my family because I love them and they make me happy. I am thankful for my dog, Piper, because she’s cute and cuddly.”
Violet: “I am thankful that Reid is my friend and that I get to go and play at his house. I am thankful for my lovely house because my parents worked really hard to get it. I love that I have a loft bed.”
