Super Simple Pie Crust

Ingredients (makes 2 pie crusts)
1 cup butter (2 sticks), cubed and chilled
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 to 10 tablespoons ice water

Directions:
1. Add butter, flour, and salt in the food processor outfitted with a dough blade. Briefly pulse just until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing briefly after each spoonful of water. Continue to add water until the dough just begins to form large pea-size clumps. If the clumps hold together when pinched, the dough is ready.
3. Divide the dough in half and transfer equal amounts into two plastic bags. Flatten the dough in each bag into discs and place in the refrigerator to rest for at least 45 minutes.
4, When ready to use, place the dough onto a flour-coated surface. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to a 10-inch round,

1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter, cubed
2 pie crusts

Directions
1. On a flour-coated surface, use a rolling pin to roll out one pie crust into a 10-inch round, and place it in a 9-inch pie pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg, and then place the combined ingredients in the bottom crust.
