Move over cookie monster. Crumbl Cookies has moved in to Cool Springs and it's going to turn us all in to cookie monsters. "We really love being in Cool Springs and are so proud of our beautiful store in this central location," said Ron Fausnaught, owner of both the Cool Springs and Murfreesboro locations.

Ron continues, "Crumbl is a young franchise that we came to know through a family member who was already involved out in Arizona and Utah. After exploring the idea, we were introduced to the creators of Crumbl Cookies and given the go ahead to introduce the franchise to Tennessee. Cool Springs is our second location and has been opened since Valentine’s Day 2020. And we all know what happened soon after that. We faced a short closure from March through April but we are excited to be fully operational now."

Enter Victoria Fausnaught, Crumbl Cool Springs Operations Manager and Ron's daughter-in-law. She says, "Ron and Amy Fausnaught are quite possibly the best in-laws a gal could ask for. They approached me with Crumbl in August of 2018 and we’ve been a partnership steering full steam ahead ever since!"

Victoria was an 'army brat.' She adds, "Constantly traveling and moving allowed my social skills to grow fast and hard, attempting new relationships every couple of years. My family, towards the end of my father’s military career, moved to rural Missouri. We purchased a 250-acre farm of which I missed much school to tend and was probably the hardest physical work I’ll ever do. Our home on said farm burned down on Thanksgiving Day 2007 which led my family back home to Tennessee. I quickly began working for my Grandmother, Peggy Miller in the orthodontic office she had managed for 20+ years and learned professional etiquette and office management. After meeting Talon Fausnaught, the man who would become my husband, we decided to move to Nashville in 2010 where I began the most rewarding client-based retail career working under Dwain Caruthers Jr. at Lucky Brand in Green Hills. His leadership allowed me to embrace my personality, question decisions, and create my own way. It is only now that I am realizing just how important each of those experiences of the past has been to the placement of myself in the now."

So does the Fausnaught family have a favorite cookie?  Victoria says, "How could I have just one? They are all pretty spectacular, but that warm chocolate chip…there’s a reason that cookie started this whole thing!" Ron adds, "We all have our personal favorite cookie but Miss Amy, the matriarch of the group, loves the classic pink frosted chilled sugar cookie and I prefer anything with dark chocolate, like the Dark Dream. There’s well over 30-40 recipes on rotation."

They rotate flavors every week and the gourmet treats can way as much as 5.5 ounces, depending on the frosting or topping.

The shop also sells ice cream. Ron says, "Crumbl Cream is a great seller. We try to stock as much as possible. It’s really popular, so when we have
it, it goes pretty quickly. Crumbl Cream will also rotate flavors once in a while, but not like the cookies which switch every week." Victoria adds, "I keep waiting for an online competition amongst customers to make the best ice cream sandwich! The two together are incredible."

Crumbl offers catering, delivery, and always has fresh, warm cookies available to be boxed for gifts or consumed in your car before you even get home if you don't feel like sharing, much like cookie monster.
