She has a vision of creating a chain of Glass House Optical locations, advancing the business into a female, black owned franchise which would create not just jobs but careers, allowing others to own their own franchise and truly benign to level the playing field for and give opportunities to other entrepreneurs. Stacey's plan also includes an impact on the community by bringing vision services to those who can't afford them through the "We See You" Foundation.
