The Brexley

This Upscale Bed and Breakfast Boasts Impeccable Views and Ambiance

A hidden gem awaits travelers to Scottsdale this fall. With a keen ability to bring designer elements to life, flourishing landscapes and dripping vines, The Brexley puts luxury accommodations in a new light.

Open the sliding glass doors in the expansive living room to reveal the sparkling pool. Feel the crisp breezes as you relax in this peaceful retreat away from the crowds of an upscale hotel.

“It’s the privacy and quiet that attracts visitors,” says owner Cindy Steinman, “Many times people come to stay at The Brexley and plan to be very busy in the area but wind up staying on site for much of their trip. Even celebrities have enjoyed our ambiance.”

An initial look at The Brexley sweeps you away to a serene state of mind. The indoor/outdoor feel is captured by the curved concrete dining table, basket lights and illuminated niches.

“The special aspect of The Brexley is that it is inside a community—it’s not touristy but rather a true Arizona experience. We partner with local excursions so you can be picked up at The Brexley for adventures…” and return in time to capture the sunset, poolside.

With a previous passion for remodeling homes, Cindy has an eye for design that led her to customize this modern oasis in the desert. Complete with so many picturesque touches, The Brexley has become an Instagram icon.

“When people see The Brexley in this quaint neighborhood, they are awestruck. They have their expectations exceeded,” she says.

This hideaway has not stayed completely hidden, especially in its peak season of fall. The space begs for a symbiotic relationship between the cool Arizona air and stylish interior—even the film industry has come calling.

“The look and feel here is fashion-forward, and that makes for an amazing story—whether it be a memorable visit or for a short film at the film festival,” Cindy says.
