ARIA Isle - "The Crown Jewel" of The Woodlands

This unique property was not sold to investors or builders; it was offered exclusively to local residents.

The two-story library by Greg Burkett Architect Design has multiple lake-view rooms with sleek, modern architectural design. "The properties will all be new; I anticipate them being a good blend of modern sophistication that most of our area neighborhoods do not have. They are mixing in modern with traditional," says Somer. "I feel like this will be our first 2024-2025 living development. Some buyers coming to our area are disappointed that our market is not quite as modern as what they are used to." 

Romy Solanji's company, Timeline Construction Group, has been successful for the past 15 years and specializes in the sought-after modern aesthetic in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. Solanji noted that most of their Austin projects held the highest historical sale prices on Lake Travis.

68 Aria Isle is the first of its kind, at 12,000 square feet, a custom home for a prestigious client who saw one of the luxurious homes on Lake Travis and reached out to Solanji and his team to build one for him, bringing Timeline Construction Group's total to 100 million dollars in projects on the isle.

"Since starting the 68 Aria Isle project, we have signed 14 contract jobs on the isle," shares Solanji. "Each house keeps getting bigger and better than the last," Solanji explained that most builds are becoming intricate and stand out against other new buildouts. Some unique custom features at 68 Aria Isle include a putting green on the rear balcony and an oversized deck for his boat dock. Every detail is custom, from the porcelain floors throughout the residence, porcelain on the front facades, marble work, and book-match porcelain materials imported from Italy, Spain, New Zealand, and Vietnam.

The interior designer, Amber Solanji, a top designer was selected for the interior and furnishings at 68 Aria Isle. Amber's other work can be seen on Instagram, @ambersolanji, and she has worked in NYC with top design firms.
