The Denver Public Library is keeping kids busy this summer with it’s 2020 Maker Challenge. The challenge is for kids, teens and adults to create a fun project of their choosing and upload the content to the DPL website. Five winners will be chosen from each Denver library branch and will receive gift cards to a local business. Projects that have been submitted so far include STEM projects, 4th of July art creations, cooking tutorials, and music selections created by Denver locals. If you would like to submit a project, you still have time! Submissions are accepted through August 8, 2020. For more information, visit denverpubliclibraryadventures.org.
