Partners Edie Israel, Jim Allen, and John Israel formed their team more than 20 years ago. All had extensive business backgrounds in various industries prior to starting in real estate. Edie, along with her husband, John, started in the real estate industry prior to the creation of the partnership, and Jim spent several years in commercial real estate and mortgage lending.
In August of this year, The Edie Israel Team opened their own storefront in the Yorba Ranch Village shopping center. They brought four more experienced agents on board and are on target to have their best year yet.

One important step in the team’s complementary services is to have an interior design and staging specialist preview your home. She recommends which furniture and belongings should be stored and which should stay. Together with Edie, Jim, or John, she may also recommend minor improvements to upgrade your home’s aesthetics. When your home is ready, the stager returns to make your home look model perfect! After staging, professional photography, drone photography, videography, and a 3D virtual tour are completed, and professional brochures and marketing materials are prepared.
The Edie Israel Team also provides moving consultation and many other services to homeowners, including equity updates, recommendations for home improvements, referrals to service professionals, and more. You have the services of 3 full-time, highly experienced agents available 7 days a week, as well as with a great administrative staff, including a listing and marketing coordinator who is also a highly experienced agent.

The Edie Israel Team is also very involved in the city of Yorba Linda. They’re one of the main sponsors of The Taste of Yorba Linda, which is held annually in July, always has a great turnout, and is a lot of fun. They also sponsor East Lake Village’s Spring Cleaning event, as well as the Texas Hold’em event. Edie is very active in the Chamber of Commerce and the Yorba Linda Woman’s Club, where she chairs the scholarship committee and provides funds for high school seniors.
