Ingredients
- Topshelf Cognac (Courvoisier)
- Orange liqueur
- Blood orange puree
- Lavender simple syrup
- Fresh lime juice
- Whole Orange
- Rosemary branch
- Ice
Recipe
To make this drink you'll need an ice shaker, 10-12 oz coup glass, a lighter, and a measuring cup.
1. Fill your ice shaker with ice.
2. Using your measuring tool, pour in the following one at a time:
2.5 oz of cognac
1/2 oz of orange cordial
1.5 oz of orange puree
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz lavender simple syrup
3. Shake the mixture with ice for 10 shakes.
4. Strain the mixture into your clean coup glass.
5. Thinly slice an orange and lay the slice on top so it floats.
6. Use a lighter to torch a 3-inch branch of rosemary so that it starts to smoke but doesn't catch fire.
7. Place the warmed rosemary in the center of the orange peel.
