Inspired by the crystal-clear lagoons, lush landscapes, and laid-back spirit of Mo’orea in French Polynesia, The Hideaway is Grande Station’s signature Rye-Tai and the perfect way to experience summer in Downtown Littleton. Each year, owners Eric and Rachel transform their patio into Mo’orea on Main, a tropical tiki pop-up running through Labor Day, complete with island-inspired cocktails, Polynesian cuisine, vibrant décor, and lively music.
The Hideaway delivers a unique twist on a traditional tiki cocktail, combining the warmth and spice of rye whiskey with bright citrus and sweet orgeat for a refreshing taste of the tropics.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz Templeton Rye
• 1 oz Orgeat
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel and mint sprig
DIRECTIONS:
• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed or pebble ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
• Pour unstrained into a tiki glass of your choice.
• Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
For the full experience, visit Grande Station, 2299 Main St., during its seasonal Mo’orea on Main pop-up. Pair The Hideaway with favorites like poke bowls, homemade crab rangoons, or a shareable pupu platter, and enjoy a tropical escape without ever leaving Littleton.
