To be human often means having insecurities, whether it’s negative feelings about our weight or aging lines.

But there is a safe space where locals can visit and express these vulnerabilities.

A sanctuary where they can openly share their insecurities without shame or judgment.

Welcome to The Injection Room, a new medical spa located in the heart of Loveland. Alexis Marchiani, aesthetic nurse injector and owner of the business, opened its doors in October 2024.

“It’s a really safe place for people to open up and tell me their insecurities,” Alexis assures. “And I’m not going to sit here and pick apart every imperfection in their face to try and upsell them. It’s just more about how they are feeling and how I can meet them where they are.”

Involved in the critical care and nursing aesthetics industry for over seven years, Alexis took a leap of faith a few months ago to start her own business, where she could run it her own way, based on a philosophy of integrity and an intention to develop meaningful relationships with her clients.

“They’re not just clients,” Alexis says. “I’m kind of like a counselor, a nurse, a friend, a cheerleader, a supporter. I feel like in this business, in this room, in my business, it’s more of a friendship, and we build goals together. And sometimes, it’s more than just in your face and in your weight loss. Sometimes, it’s with career goals and relationship issues and getting through dark times.”

Up until earlier this year, Alexis was running and operating her own business while working a second job. In January, she quit her second job as a nurse in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).

Now, aesthetics and helping clients make decisions about their beauty and health are Alexis' sole focus.

To do this, Alexis offers individualized RN consultations and a variety of treatments at her medical spa, including dermal fillers, Botox, medical weight loss, and IV therapies.

“It is tremendously rewarding working with patients to remove the stressors of life in their faces, lifting and lighting the lines and shadows that come with time.”

And at The Injection Room, Alexis believes in providing customized care without the pressure of purchasing unnecessary products and services, instead concentrating on assisting clients with reaching their desired results and outcomes.

“I just like to meet everybody where they are and address what is bothering them,” Alexis comments. “I never try to sell people anything. I’m here to offer my expertise and resources. And everyone comes in for a different thing.”

She also can offer her clients a wider range of products at her medical spa.

Although currently a smaller medical spa, Alexis has lofty aspirations for The Injection Room. She wants to purchase and own a building down the line, ideally somewhere in downtown Loveland.

Yet, Alexis’ ultimate goal at the end of the day is to always form genuine connections with her clients while cultivating strength, beauty, and confidence – inside and out.

“It is tremendously rewarding working with patients to remove the stressors of life in their faces, lifting and lighting the lines and shadows that come with time.”
