The Momentary

A stunning art experience

The Momentary, a satellite to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, is a contemporary art space in downtown Bentonville, Ark., for visual, performing and culinary arts. Once a 63,000-square-foot cheese factory, the Momentary serves as a gathering place to discover today’s art through programs, exhibitions, festivals and more. Opened to the public nearly a year ago. It was founded by the Walton family, based on the vision of Tom, Olivia and Steuart Walton of the Walton Family Foundation.

Once you enter what appears to be nothing more than a warehouse, ordinary objects collectively have your eyes and mind exploring how they all combine to make one of the most innovating approaches to art you will ever see.
