At first, Jason Valasek was a skeptic. Although the initial technology Bodcor uses has been extremely popular in other areas of the world for the last 10 years, he was still hesitant to try what is touted as a non-surgical body contouring option, not believing it could really work as well as the hype.
And then he tried it.
“What brought me into this business was when I used [the product] on myself and saw that it actually worked. That was my aha moment,” he says.
An aha moment it definitely was. He was so encouraged by the results the technology provided and its potential that he reached out to the parent company to see about bringing it to the United States.
“The idea for Bodcor started in April 2018. It opened January 1, 2019,” Jason says.
Bodcor’s FDA-approved 4D laser fat loss system is the latest in fat reduction technology. It helps patients achieve inch loss and body contouring without any pain or needles. Plus, there is no downtime.
“Our device uses infrared heat and red light therapy to deplete fat cells,” Jason says. “The additional benefit is that the red light therapy tightens and tones the skin of the treated areas.”
The device is the only one of its kind that is available as a non-medical device. It uses 4D laser technology, which means that it incorporates four different wavelengths in order for the laser to penetrate deeper levels of fat within the body.
According to Jason, the clinically proven technology does specifically well at targeting stubborn fat.
Clients are flocking to Bodcor as a non-surgical treatment alternative for the neck, chin and jawline area; flabby arms; flanks; the back of legs; back fat; love handles; the abdomen area; and more.
The process is simple—to optimize the results of the treatment, clients utilize vibration therapy (standing on a vibration plate) both at the beginning and end of the session in order to stimulate the lymphatic system. The laser therapy is then conducted while the patient relaxes. Everything takes under an hour, and there are no limitations or special instructions upon leaving.
The popularity of Bodcor’s treatment has driven the opening of nine locations around the Valley within the first few months of Bodcor’s launch, and Jason shares that there is a growth plan of at least 10 more locations within Arizona before the company will move into new states. The long-term growth plan calls for between 60 and100 locations within the United States in the next 12 to 24 months.
Treatment plans are offered in a series of 10 treatments, with the recommended schedule being one session every three days. Changes to a body’s shape are often seen within five to six treatments, and results are enhanced by a healthy diet and exercise.
Upon completion of the plan, clients qualify for a monthly membership, and for that, one to two treatments a week is ideal.
“I love this product because it’s easy, safe, painless, there’s no downtime and no discomfort,” Jason says. “And because it works.”
