The Latest Brunch Advancement is This ‘Bloody Mary Board’

Project P.U.B.

While tailgates and outdoor soirees may be a bit of stretch this year, we can still relish in the fun of attending an intimate brunch and enjoying a perfect Bloody Mary cocktail — while it's 5 o'clock somewhere, this is one drink that's socially appropriate to consume any hour of the day, and serving your guests this crowd-pleasing drink can only be enhanced by a scrumptious platter of fixings.

This month's Culinary Creation is brought to you by Susan Proske, owner of both Project P.U.B. and Tapastre in Somerville. Project P.U.B. is known for its unique approach of featuring a different micro-brew lineup of beers every single month. A portion of their menu changes monthly as well to pair with the new beers. They offer brewpub style food, a warm, inviting atmosphere and delicious beers from some of the best breweries around.

Project P.U.B.'s Bloody Mary Board is a fun choice for your weekend brunch. It features a combination of savory bites and flavorful choices to complement our favorite late morning cocktail.
