Take the proactive step to develop your second life plan with GoDialRetire

Retirement isn’t the end of the road—it’s the start of something new. Cort and Charlie Dial, the father-son team behind GoDialRetire, help people navigate this transition with clarity and confidence.

Complementing financial advisors, they guide clients in sustaining wealth rather than just accumulating it, ensuring a secure, meaningful retirement. A well-structured plan can generate more income than a larger savings account without direction, which many Americans overlook.

“Without planning, you’re going to spend way too much in taxes, lose more than you need, and take unnecessary risks. All of those things are forgotten with, what I call, a ‘wish and hope’ plan,” says Cort. “You don’t want hope—you want certainty. You want to know that no matter what life throws at you, you’ve got it handled.”

They’ve seen this play out with widows and widowers suddenly left to manage financial affairs, executives shifting from demanding careers to passion projects, and everyday people wanting to make the most of what they’ve built.

“The best thing for me is going from ‘I hope these people are going to be okay’ to ‘now I feel comfortable sending them out into the world,’” says Charlie.

Cort even led his son-in-law, Trent, to find his bliss by transitioning to full-time coaching and founding the Trent Reynolds Player Development. This baseball program allows young athletes to develop skills while instilling discipline, resilience, and character.

“It’s not just about teaching a kid to hit well or putting someone on to some products. It’s about educating them so they know what they have,” says Charlie.

“If you walk into the batter’s box thinking ‘I’m going to strike out,’ that’s why you are going to fail. But if you think, ‘I’m going to hit a home run,’ which hitter do you think has a better chance?” says Cort. “Ask yourself who you need to be to succeed.”
