Founder and CEO, Chip Hayes, had a vision for a unique vacation destination that would bring his family closer together and closer to nature. In 2018, he broke ground on our first tiny home community, The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, located in the quiet community of Monteagle, TN. He wanted to create a place where families could bond over the beauty of nature and the ease of mountain living. Deer Lick Falls was a huge success, selling out in a matter of days, thanks to word-of-mouth alone. Since then, The Retreat has expanded exponentially, now with five communities and counting in development.
