The Ride of Your Life

Finding Your Groove at CycleBar Orchard Park Place

There’s something about walking into CycleBar Orchard Park Place (OPP) that just hits differently. The lights are low, the music is pumping, and the energy is electric. The air hums with anticipation, and as soon as the beat drops, the room comes alive. For Shalee Summers, what started as a casual visit to check out a new kind of workout in Colorado eight years ago became a life-changing ride.

“The second I walked through those doors, everything changed,” she says. Now, as CycleBar OPP’s powerhouse lead instructor—and the one who led their very first class when the studio opened its doors in The Orchard in 2017—Shalee is on a mission to ignite that same spark in others. With every beat, climb, and sprint, she’s helping riders discover their strength, push past their limits, and fall in love with the ride.

This isn’t your average workout. It’s 45 minutes where your mind clears, your soul resets, and your body works harder than you thought possible. Imagine a theater-style room filled with riders moving in unison, the music perfectly synced to every pedal stroke, and a sense of camaraderie that’s truly contagious. “Inside those theater doors, I’ve seen people discover strength they didn’t know they had,” Shalee says. “That’s where the magic happens.”

But the ride is just the beginning. At CycleBar OPP, it’s not just about burning calories—it’s about building connections. “It’s more than a studio—it’s a place to be seen and heard, to celebrate milestones, and to support each other,” Shalee says. From cheering each other on to celebrating birthdays and accomplishments, this community feels like family.

For over seven years, Shalee has been clipping in, hitting the podium, and throwing the ultimate fitness party. Join the ride and see what all the buzz is about—you just might find your new favorite escape.
