The Road Ahead

El Colorado

Hi friends,

This isn’t your typical editorial; it's more of a baffling story that left me in awe, and I felt compelled to share it. As the Publisher and Owner of Denver North City Lifestyle, I often write about local gems, but this one truly blew my mind. Trust me, you’ll want to hear this.

It all started when I found a nail in my BMW SUV tire. I couldn’t believe it—where did it come from? After venting my frustration to my neighbor Lou, she recommended El Colorado Tire. Skeptical yet desperate, I followed her directions, expecting to pass the time at a nearby café.

When I arrived, I explained my situation and mentioned I’d be grabbing coffee next door. To my utter surprise, I returned to find three gentlemen checking on me. “Mr. Coffel, your car is done!” they said. Wait, what? Total repair time: six minutes. Six minutes! Mind officially blown.

Surely, I thought, this was a fluke.

Fast forward 24 hours, and I found another screw in a different tire. I took it back to El Colorado, fully prepared to witness the magic again. Before I could even gossip with my friends about my last experience, they called out, “Your car is done!” I hadn’t even settled into my seat!

Imagine if David Blaine or David Copperfield truly did what we think they did—this was the vibe I was getting!

I couldn’t keep this incredible experience to myself. I told everyone, and then my 77-year-old mom chimed in, saying she needed new tires. After receiving quotes ranging from $780 to $1,400, I made a quick call to El Colorado. They assured me they had her covered.

Leaving my mom’s house at Kipling and Colfax, I drove to Sloan's Lake to El Colorado Tire. They replaced all four tires, perfectly balanced, and I had her car back to her in just 44 minutes! What?! The cost? A mere $647, with a warranty!

Whether you drive a BMW or a Hyundai, I confidently declare that there isn’t a better, faster, or more caring tire and wheel service in Colorado—possibly anywhere. It’s mind-boggling! If you disagree, I’ll give you a screw and $15. If it takes more than six minutes for a tire fix, Denver North will pay for it!

If you ever find yourself in need of tire services, ask for Hector at El Colorado Tire. You won’t regret it!

Happy driving!
