Signature at The Phoenician, a Shea Signature community, is a new boutique neighborhood opening up adjacent to the famed luxury resort, The Phoenician.
Once complete, the resort-style community will consist of 34 residences and seven different floor plans within a gated community. The parcel of land on which the community will be built once belonged to The Phoenician, and had served as the golf course maintenance yard.
“What sets this community apart from others nearby is that these are single-family, detached homes,” says Megan Kellis, Shea Homes community representative. “Most other homes in this area are condos and townhomes. And, you just can't beat this location.”
Signature at The Phoenician is centrally located in Camelback Corridor at the southern base of Camelback Mountain, and just minutes away from world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Shea Homes, in collaboration with award-winning firms Greey | Pickett and Cosan Studio, designed the community. The homes feature transitional and contemporary architectural design, with fresh and modern exteriors that offer an attractive juxtaposition to the surrounding rugged desert backdrop. There are seven distinct floor plans ranging in size from 2,300 to 4,000 square feet, and each features sweeping views of the majestic desert, Camelback Mountain, and/or the resort's golf course.
“The Shea Signature residences have the same modern look as the homes in our Azure community, adjacent to the upcoming Ritz Carlton,” says Kellis. “The buyers really liked the style, and so the Signature homes were designed with that in mind.”
The residences have been entirely sold virtually, without Shea Homes building any models to showcase the community.
“Our first phase of homes broke ground in June 2021 and have an estimated completion of Spring 2022,” Kellis says. “The homes in our last phase will break ground in Spring 2022, and deliver in 2023.”
Future planned amenities at Signature include a resort-style community area with a private pool, well-appointed fitness studio, and stylish outdoor gathering spaces.
“Buyers will also have the option to purchase a Resident Access Program Card allowing access to some of The Phoenician's amenities,” says Kellis. “There will be a pedestrian pathway connecting the community to the resort.” SignaturePHX.com
