Adrian Vigil built Top Notch Plumbing, Heating & Air on a foundation of integrity and hard work. Since founding the company in 2016, Adrian’s commitment to quality service has earned Top Notch Plumbing the title of Best Plumber in Greeley for five consecutive years (2020-2024).

Adrian admits that the road hasn’t always been easy. “We have had our fair share of challenges,” says Adrian. In 2021, Top Notch Plumbing hit a rough patch with cash flow and the management team made a heartfelt decision.

“A few of us went without pay to ensure our guys on the field got paid,” Adrian says. Although it was a tough choice, Adrian says the decision revealed how much the team cares for each other.

At Top Notch Plumbing, they’re not just colleagues—they’re a family. Adrian believes that the spirit of solidarity is what makes their work special. The team has learned to support each other while adapting and growing emotionally to tackle trials head-on.

“Today we approach challenges as learning experiences,” says Adrian.

Adrian feels blessed to have highly skilled team members who have helped Top Notch Plumbing grow into what it is today. Adrian is also grateful to have family members working with him, including two of his nephews—Scotty Vigil and Isaiah Morrow.

“I have a special bond with my nieces and nephews—they really light up my life,” says Adrian. “They remind me of the joys of family and keep that spirit alive in me.”

Plus, there’s Adrian’s uncle, Joe Lira, one of Adrian’s biggest cheerleaders and the person who introduced Adrian to the plumbing trade.

One of the many things Adrian loves about Greeley is the feeling of family. “We support one another and value our community,” Adrian says.

Adrian credits Greeley for shaping both his personal and professional journey. He’s grateful for the opportunity to build something meaningful while staying rooted in his community and serving others.
