The Stylish, Vibrant Destination

The Streets of St. Charles has a Bit for All

The Streets of St. Charles contemporary, multi-use development has been embraced and enjoyed by guests who seek to dine, shop and be entertained—as well as those who wish to live and work in a fashionable place with many possibilities. It's truly a fun destination, no matter how long the stay.

In fact, Streets of St. Charles director of marketing Anaise Berry, says there are plenty of restaurants, personal services, boutiques and entertainment from which to choose. Two of the newest additions to the development this summer were Narwhal’s Crafted frozen cocktails and Yoga Six.

“Streets of St. Charles was designed to be the ideal live, shop, stay and play environment that appeals not only to those who come for an evening or a weekend but also for those who live or work at the property and have so much to choose from, just steps from their door," Anaise says.

The development encompasses a mixed-use project that includes an upscale theater, retail stores, office spaces, a hotel and 300-plus luxury residential units. The project was launched in 2010 and is still growing amidst its 27 acres. The site formerly was Noah’s Ark Restaurant and Motor Inn for more than 40 years.

Some Streets of St. Charles tenants indicate it's an excellent place to locate an office because there's easy access to dining, hotels and residential options, a gym, massages, a bank, a dentist, the theater and an on-site ATM.

Anaise adds that the parking there is free and conveniently configured with two parking decks and free valet. All electric vehicle charging stations, including those for Teslas, are complimentary at Streets of St. Charles.

"Because Streets of St. Charles provides an energetic, eclectic atmosphere, it’s a favorite evening gathering spot among locals and visitors alike," Anaise says.

The Streets of St. Charles team also hosts events year-round, including 5K runs, bike rides, outdoor concerts and great local bands in a street festival environment. September's specific upcoming events are the following:

  • Beale Street (Art and Farmers) Market, Sept. 4, 5-8 p.m.
  • Beale Street Concert Series—Big Love: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac, Sept. 11, 6-8 p.m.
  • Yoga on Beale, Sept. 14, 8-9 a.m.
  • Ride the Rivers century bike ride, Sept. 21, 7 am.-5 p.m.
