Located in the heart of downtown Franklin at 400 Main Street, The Williamson County Visitor Center is open and ready to serve 360 days a year. The center’s friendly Information Specialists can assist guests with an abundance of area information including brochures, guides, maps and even merchandise. Close to 50,000 visitors from around the world stop in each year.

The Information Specialists can inform you on the local distilleries, hiking trails and the scoop on the latest in town. Discounted tickets to the historic Carter House, Lotz House and Carnton are available onsite. You can even purchase tickets for the new hop-on, hop-off trolley tour that takes you through the town’s most iconic sites.
The Visitor Center is not only for visitors but it is the hub of information for Williamson County locals. It's always “in the know” on the latest happenings around the county and upcoming events.
