Eat Well, Live Well, and Be Well

The Well Juicery is right here in Bozeman

What started out as a health crisis has turned into one unique eatery right here in Bozeman.

Sierra Brask, owner of The Well Juicery, credits her own experiences with an unrecognizable illness that sparked her quest to find a healthy nontraditional treatment.

“My symptoms started in high school,” she said. “But by the time I was 23 I wasn’t walking or talking!” Sierra said the doctors were baffled and suggested everything from Multiple Sclerosis to Lyme disease. “All they did was keep throwing pills at me. And nothing worked, so I decided to walk away from conventional medicine.” She set out on her own and for the next 4 years, traveled all over the world doing research in Switzerland, Germany, Mexico, and all over the United States. “I learned something new from every place I visited,” she said. “I turned my own body into a giant science experiment, and it finally dawned on me, it’s all about what we put in and on our bodies!”

A native of Bozeman, Sierra decided she wanted to bring what she had learned to her own hometown and The Well Juicery was born and opened its doors for business November 2021.

Located at 4575 Valley Common Drive Suite 101, the establishment isn’t what one would expect from a juicery.

“Everything we use is 100% organic and not just smoothies either,” Sierra said. “Our juices aren’t like what you find in your fridge, they are all cold pressed with a hydraulic press which means you keep all the vitamins and minerals intact and don’t lose anything through heat and air like you would with a blender. And we are also the only juicery I’ve come across that uses wild blueberries as an ingredient. They are full of antioxidants and very medicinal.”

The Well Juicery features a menu of all the items Sierra has been making for herself for years. Items such as juices, smoothies, wellness shots, smoothie bowls, healthy snacks, hot elixirs, including Mexican Hot Chocolate and Golden Chai, and lunch items such as avocado toast, chickpea green salads, and grab-and-go wraps.

“I want people to know I do more than just juice,” Sierra said. “I live by our motto, ‘Eat well, live well and be well.’”
