“Jesus called, I answered,” says publisher January Alexander-Coffin, whose journey of healing and restoration inspired The Well Woman Collective. After years of intentionally learning to refill her own cup, January began incorporating those same practices into Lebanon City Lifestyle’s women’s retreats for the past three years—witnessing transformation that affirmed an even greater calling.
“I knew we had to amplify our process, to help serve as many women as we could,” she says. Surrounded daily by strong women who uplift, encourage, and inspire one another in our community, she envisioned an event designed to nourish, heal, and strengthen women in every season. The Well Woman Collective is her way of giving back—creating sacred space for women to slow down, feel loved, and step forward with renewed might.
On January 27th, that vision comes to life at the historic Capitol Theatre in Lebanon, where an extraordinary lineup of speakers and practitioners will guide attendees through a full day of wisdom, wellness, and wholehearted connection. Leading the charge is Lucy Miller, founder of Women Connect, whose message of bold, brave leadership challenges women to show up consistently—long after motivation fades—because future you needs you to be brave right now.
Etiquette consultant and grief advocate Malika S. Williams brings her signature grace and compassion to the stage, teaching that confidence is rooted in self-respect, ritual, and kindness. Functional health practitioner Crystal Horne will shed light on root-cause healing, simple habit structure, and the power of restorative sleep and real food. Trauma-informed life coach Beka Gaskin will help women reconnect with their nervous systems, reminding them that self-care is not selfish—it’s essential to sustainable leadership and love.
Attendees will also hear from women like Alex White, whose story of resilience through family health battles reflects faith refined through trial; singer-songwriter Karla Davis, whose soulful music speaks to perseverance and hope; and a robust panel of medical, aesthetic, fitness, and wellness experts including Dr. Rachel Baird, Dr. Keighley Hudziak, Niki Green, Carlie Morrison, Annie White, Jodi Ledford, Peggy Keel Rubin, Rachel Beechboard, Amanda Hartwick, and Ramona Welch—each offering unique insight on living aligned in body, mind, spirit, and purpose.
Women from all walks of life will gather for nourishing meals, inspiring conversation, transformative workshops, and a shared desire to refill their cup.
