If you enjoy good wine, good food and good music, this is the place you want to be Saturday, Oct. 19, 12-5 p.m.
Wine will be the centerpiece of the event with wines from McKinney and North Texas wineries along with major lines such as Kendal Jackson and Kim Crawford. More than 100 tasty offerings will be available via various packages. Save time from waiting in lines and order your tickets online prior to the event.
“This year, we’re expanding our wine selection for our attendees,” says Lauren Stephan, president of SBG Hospitality. “We’re expanding our brands to showcase wines from around the world, and we’re also increasing the wine tables at the event to make sure people are spending their time having fun and not waiting in lines!”
If you’re hungry, either to eat or to learn, various food vendors will be in attendance with some, such as Po’ Boy Place, who will be teaching how to make a great southern dish, shrimp and grits, orDillas Quesadillas, who will be giving up their recipe on how to make their favorite dish, The Dilla!
And, of course, you will hear fantastic music throughout the day. Rising DFW country music star, Jessica McVey will play 12-1:30 p.m. A local favorite, Maylee Thomas Band, will take the stage at 1:45 p.m. and demonstrate her band’s broad range of genres and get the audience engaged with her own unique style. Rounding out the musical entertainment will be Atlantis Aquarius, 3:30-5 p.m. You will certainly enjoy their golden-era rock 'n' roll and songs from their first full-length album, Leo’s Rising.
