This is Buckhead

Inside realtor Stephen Beckwith's home and views

Every day, Stephen Beckwith can share his appreciation of Buckhead's history and architecture with clients and colleagues, working in residential real estate in a community he loves. When he's not in his office at Sotheby's or meeting with clients in their homes, he works from his gorgeous home in Buckhead. We asked Stephen, a founder of the intown office of Atlanta Fine Homes, Sotheby's International Realty to share his favorite spaces, at home and among his listings.

A few of my favorite moments at home

This Entry

A deep-colored grasscloth wallcovering makes the artwork pop. The art, found at a gallery on Miami Circle, sets the tone and is the first moment our guests experience.

This Dining Room

Open on both ends, the flow is perfect for hosting family and friends for dinner or holidays. Hosting is one of our favorite things to do, and I think we've got the process down pat!

This "Speakeasy"

Drenched in dark brown paint and brown grasscloth, the moody room is a calm and contemplative place for a bourbon and conversation.

This Kitchen

This kitchen was thoughtfully designed and curated by the owner using a warm neutral palette to create a bright and open feel. Located in the iconic Plaza Towers Condominium building in Buckhead, the 2 bedroom and 2 bath home is offered for $799,500.

This View

We love this unique 270-degree view of the Buckhead skyline, Stone Mountain, and the Midtown skyline. Twenty-nine floors above it all at the Sovereign in Buckhead. Exclusively available as part of a 2-bedroom and 2-bath home offered for $1,325,000.

This Oasis

This oasis allows for year-round outdoor relaxation and entertaining. It is part of what sealed the deal when I represented the buyers in their purchase of this Chastain Park home last year. $4,999,000
