With the holiday season upon us, familiar flavors like pumpkin spice, apple, cranberry and more are flooding into limited-time menus around town. Etch pastry chef, Chef Megan Williams, has launched creative, sweet seasonal desserts with chai, pecan, cranberry compote, caramel and pumpkin flavors to wow your taste buds. 

PEAR HAZELNUT TART

Shortbread crust, hazelnut cream, poached pears, oat streusel, goat cheese ice cream, pear caramel, cranberry compote, candied hazelnuts. A wonderful blend of flavors that appeal to all tastebuds.

ICE CREAM SUNDAE
Masala chai ice cream, pumpkin spice blondies, buttered pecans, chai pizzelle, pumpkin whipped cream, salted caramel, cherry on top. A deliciously inventive take on the classic ice cream sundae.  

COCONUT PAVLOVA
Coconut baked meringue, mango passion fruit sorbet, compressed pineapple, yuzu sauce, coconut crema, granola. A refreshing after dinner treat with rich tart flavors.
