Toy Barn—The Perfect Place for Big Holiday Gifts

Luxury Storage for High-End Toys with all the Amenities

It's the holiday season, and while purchasing those large ticket items you've been dreaming of all year sounds appealing, where is the best place to house everything from a luxury car to a high-end boat?

Toy Barn is the ideal spot; its luxury garage storage suites and three convenient locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale make it the premiere location to house your big-ticket items. The impressive communities of premium storage units are individually owned, just like a condominium, and are completely private.

Toy Barn provides the ideal space solution for an array of performance enthusiasts’ favorite toys—from cars, trucks and motorcycles to boats, jet skis and RVs. All units feature a minimum of 18-foot high ceilings with floorplans ranging from 960 to 3,000 square feet. Units feature both heavy-duty garage doors and standard entry/exit doors. The community, offering year-round, 24/7 access, also boasts large driving aisles. Unit owners have the opportunity to customize their units however they would like. Many install second levels with seating areas, mini-kitchens, wine fridges, work areas and even bathrooms. Security is also a high priority, with gates and private access codes at each location.

Father/son owners of Toy Barn, Jason and Paul Phillips, saw a need for an upscale storage facility and saw an amazing opportunity to provide a solution in their community.

"My father and I run a Scottsdale-based development company, and we saw that there was a need for an upscale storage solution to solve the problem associated with buying homes with tightly controlled owner's associations," Jason says. "Many of the communities in North Scottsdale don’t allow for excess vehicle storage or large home additions, and that is where we come in. Our facilities are the option that most homeowners are investing in to satisfy their needs. I myself live in Scottsdale with my wife."

Each Toy Barn offers a clubhouse where members can enjoy the facility. It is what the owners feel sets Toy Barns apart. The clubhouses are private meeting/gathering areas where members and their friends can have events, watch games, enjoy a drink or just relax outside of their suites.

"We pride ourselves on making the Toy Barn a community and not just a storage facility," Jason says.

While new toys are a great reason to invest in a unit at Toy Barn this holiday season, the gift of Toy Barn is also the perfect way to honor the person who has it all.

"While it is an investment, Toy Barn units are functional, offer an escape and membership to a community of likeminded enthusiasts," Jason says. "Car collectors and car aficionados enjoy coming to Toy Barn to hang out and pull out their cars or open up the doors of their units. The clubhouses are open to all members for hosting small gatherings or larger events. We like to say we’re like a car country club. The units are also special because of the customization that the owners put into them. The size of the space that can include a second-level loft, the security and the climate control in each unit and the high standards of construction all make Toy Barn a must-visit and a wonderful long-term investment.”

A Growing Service

The Toy Barn at The Scottsdale Airpark opened earlier this year and is a three-building, 27,000-square-foot, $7.5 million luxury garage. There are three locations (also in North Scottsdale/Phoenix) with two more in the planning stages in Chandler and North Phoenix.
