Bobbi Jo Foulks of Renegade Baking Company believes in keeping things simple for the most impact.  With the right attention to detail, even the simplest item can be elevated to the extraordinary. The philosophy at Renegade is simple.  Everything that comes out of the kitchen should not only taste great, it should be beautiful as well.

Renegade started with custom cakes and continues to be one of Bobbi's biggest draws. However her passion lies in baking- everything from artisan breads, rolls, and croissants to all things sweet like cookies, cakes, scones, and doughnuts. She also loves to dabble in chocolate.

What most people don’t realize is that impact can come from the simplest, and scrumptious, food. Light and airy cream puffs filled with decadent pastry cream look gorgeous when piled high on a simple plate and dusted with powdered sugar.  Bright cranberries peeking out from under a generous coating of streusel turn a coffee cake into a brunch table work of art. A four tier, fondant covered cake is gorgeous, but so is a table with snowy white cupcakes filled with a multitude of flavors from lemon curd to blackberry compote to dulce de leche.
