Every business starts with a dream.

What will it be called? What will the logo look like? Who will be the first employee? Will customers walk through the door?

Long before there are business cards, storefront signs, or insurance policies, there is a vision of what could be.

Jaime and Jeniffer Quiñones know that journey well.

Today, the husband-and-wife team leads two businesses that support entrepreneurs in different but complementary ways. Through Main Signs, they help businesses establish their identity and make their presence known. Through the Quiñones Agency, they help protect what business owners have worked hard to build.

But before they were helping other entrepreneurs grow their businesses, they were building their own.

For Jaime, that journey begins with a desire for something different. After years of working for a company where he feels more like a number than a person, he wants to create a business built on relationships—one where employees feel valued, customers feel understood, and people know they matter.

"I wanted to build a place where both our team and our customers felt valued, cared for, and truly understood," Jaime says.

Jeniffer's path is equally personal. As a business owner herself, she understands the impact branding can have on a company's success. Through Main Signs, she sees an opportunity to help businesses tell their stories, attract customers, and establish a lasting presence in the community. She is especially passionate about helping fellow entrepreneurs, including those within the Latino community, while creating the same family-oriented culture that defines both companies today.

Neither journey comes with a roadmap.

When they open the Quiñones Agency and later take ownership of Main Signs, they are stepping into industries where they have limited experience. There are long days, difficult decisions, and moments when the future feels uncertain.

What carries them through is a shared belief in each other.

"One of the biggest leaps of faith we took was in each other," Jaime says. "Giving up was never an option."

That trust becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

For Jaime, success means earning confidence in an industry built on promises. Insurance isn't something people can hold in their hands. Clients place their trust in the belief that when life takes an unexpected turn, someone will be there to help them navigate it.

For Jeniffer, trust has to be earned in a different way. When Main Signs transitions ownership, longtime clients understandably wonder whether the company will continue delivering the quality and service they have come to expect. Rather than asking people to take their word for it, Jeniffer and her team focus on proving themselves through consistent work, strong communication, and lasting relationships.

Those experiences give Jaime and Jeniffer something many business owners are looking for in a partner: perspective.

They understand what it feels like to take a chance on an idea. They know what it's like to invest in a business before knowing exactly how the story will end. They've experienced the responsibility of growing a team, serving customers, and building something that supports a family.

That understanding shapes the way they work with clients today.

Many entrepreneurs first connect with Main Signs while creating a brand, opening a storefront, or preparing to introduce themselves to the community. Others come to the Quiñones Agency looking for guidance on protecting a business they've worked tirelessly to build.

More often than not, those conversations overlap.

"Many of these entrepreneurs are so focused on launching and growing their brand that they overlook an equally important piece—protecting what they're building," Jeniffer says.

A business owner focused on growth may not have considered the risks that come with success. Another may have the right coverage in place but still be working to establish a professional identity. Because Jaime and Jeniffer operate both businesses, they are often able to help clients see the bigger picture—building visibility, creating credibility, and protecting what matters along the way.

The couple believes education is one of the most important parts of that process. Whether discussing signage, branding, or insurance coverage, their goal is to make sure clients understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make.

That philosophy is reflected in both teams.

"We live by the idea of two brands, one vision," Jeniffer says. "At the core of both teams are the same values: integrity, family, and genuine care for the people we serve."

For Jaime, those values are closely connected to Greeley itself.

It's his hometown. It's where he is raising his family, building his businesses, and investing in the future of the community that helped shape him.

Today, business owners across Northern Colorado turn to Main Signs and the Quiñones Agency at every stage of growth—from launching a new venture to expanding an established company.

And for Jaime and Jeniffer, that responsibility is one they understand personally.

They've stood where their clients stand.

They've taken the leap.

And they're committed to helping others do the same.
