Gentleman's Carry-On

1.5 oz Woodford Reserve Double Oak
0.5 oz Licor 43
0.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
0.25 oz Rivulet Pecan Liqueur
3 Dashes Cherry Bitters
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add bitters, followed by remaining ingredients. Strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of ice. Finish with a spritz of smoky scotch.
