If you haven’t run across the Puddin’ It Out There food truck in Boerne, I suggest you look for it! Owner Krystal Martinez and husband Adam opened the business in July 2021offering forty varieties of puddings that are fabulous-tasting and a perfect snack or dessert.
On a given week she offers five flavors. The most popular are the chocolate creations. Krystal loves the banana pudding creations and worked on a recipe that was thicker and fluffier than regular pudding. I know first-hand that it is indescribably delicious!
Puddin’ It Out There offers catering services for events. For 2022, Krystal is working on adding bread puddings and collaborating with local businesses to incorporate the puddings into other food items.
On weekends you can find Puddin’ It Out There at Herff Farmers Market and Boerne Market Days. They also set up during the week at the Legacy at Cibolo Apartments at 701 Oak Park Drive and United Texas Bank at 1440 S Main Street. Follow them on Facebook.
