Hey gorgeous! Yes, you! Are you ready to treat yourself to a jaw-dropping transformation at the Texas Blonde Society?
Texas Blonde Society is amazing at blondes but isn’t exclusively for blondes. The salon offers services for every shade and color, formulated just for you, to help you experience your most amazing self.
Texas Blonde Society, formerly Lindsey Han Hair Salon, is experiencing a transformation of its own this spring, with a new name and location at 1627 Keller Parkway in Keller. The salon’s grand opening celebrates Texas Blonde Society’s brand and values. Ownership, staff and services remain the same, all committed to providing the extraordinary quality that clients have come to expect.
The salon’s new, 3,000 sq. ft. location is situated where Keller and Southlake meet, facing Southlake Boulevard. Moving from a salon suites space to this new building is an exciting step for the team of expert hair stylists, including owner Lindsey Han, stylist and salon manager Katlyn Garcia, stylist Sammie Crimmins, stylist Caitlan Foster, stylist Emily Thornton and salon associates Mariah Miller and Bahar Lusho.
The new salon offers a welcoming, spa-like environment with a fresh, open design and esthetically pleasing décor. Texas Blonde Society is one of the most highly recommended hair salons in Southlake and Colleyville. The team is award winning for the beautiful blonding services they provide, and Han herself has won top Dallas/Fort Worth hairstylist awards. Her recognitions are prestigious – an incredible number of stylists submit their hair art, and honorees are selected by votes from other hair salons and artists in the local community.
Han built her career in high-end salons. This North Texas native has been a hairdresser for 16 years, working for leading Metroplex salons.
“I never envisioned myself doing anything else,” she says. “I went out on my own right before Covid-19 and was terrified, but after things settled down, the business really took hold. More clients were calling than I’d ever experienced before. Everyone was looking for a hairdresser after staying close to home throughout the pandemic for so long.”
Han had never imagined she would own her own salon, but when she decided to go for it, she filled a niche in the local market for clients seeking their “right fit.” While the salon’s specialty is in blonde shades, the team is inclusive to all hair colors and textures.
Han started with one employee when the business first took off and now has a team of seven. Everyone she’s ever hired has stayed with her, likely because Han makes the effort to build everyone up. She’s happy when others succeed.
“We're changing the salon environment, creating a supportive environment for hairdressers to work together, learn together and encourage each other as they build their careers, in a place where kindness and respect are part of the everyday,” she says.
The salon employs a level system. Han is a Level 6 stylist, creating amazing blondes and talented in balayage techniques and hand-tied hair extensions. The team is comprised of stylists at different levels. Level 6 stylists are in high demand as artistic designers who have faced all types of hair cutting and coloring challenges. This level helps guide the continuing education of other stylists.
The most important feature of Texas Blonde Society is the amazing transformation that clients see and feel when they leave the salon.
“Investing in yourself is one of the best things you can do, and when you look and feel gorgeous and confident, you are unstoppable,” Han says.
